1. Ambit All deliveries and services of the Arte Leon Ltd. will succeed only to the following terms and conditions. Otherwise a special contract and explicit consent of the Arte Leon Ltd. is required. 2. Conclusion of the contract With ordering a service or product a contract is automaticly concluded. The Arte Leon Ltd. grants the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days if there have been no costs to Arte Leon Ltd. If there've been costs Arte Leon Ltd. has to charge to the client. 3. Quality assurance  Arte Leon Ltd. is anxious to deliver the best possible quality of products and services. In case of complaint immediately write (e-mail, fax, letter) to Arte Leon Ltd. and tell what's the reason to complaint. 4. Copyright Arte Leon Ltd. acts as agent. Arte Leon Ltd. is not responsible for the content of the products. The client has to care out to own the rights for copying and distribition. The client is vicariously liable for violations of copyrights. The client will bear possible disprofits or damage to Arte Leon Ltd.  5. Price and payment All prices shown on this internet presentation appreciate as including VAT (Value added tax in Germany). All services will be brought by prepayment only. Subject to alteration of prices. 6. Property right Untill the complete payment all products and services are kept as property of Arte Leon Ltd. 7. Cancellation The client and Arte Leon Ltd. have the right to cancel concluded contracts at any time. A cancellation requires a notice in writing (letter, fax, e-mail). 8. Liability Damages for non-performance due to delay or impossibility of performance are excluded as far as the damage is not caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Complaints of incomplete or incorrect delivers or accomplishment must be noticed in writing within 14 days after delivery. In case of a delayed notice the delivery counts as approved. Graphic concepts and layouts are approximated only. The final layout may vary in color due to paper and printing machines. There is no guarantee for air play of songs distributed to radio stations. 9. Final clause German law is essential. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded even if the order comes from outside of germany or the product or service is shipped to abroad. Place of performance, fulfilment and payment is Hohenmoelsen / Germany, place of jurisdiction is Weissenfels / Germany. 10.
